[request] option for moving/resizing the rep window #34

I know this may be unnecessary for alot of people but in my case i use a weakaura for my character sheet and it resizes it too. Now if i open the Rep Tab the Window from Reputation Guide is inside the resized character sheet... I dont know if its just me that did something wrong with the resizing but it would be nice to just unlock the window and lock it at a new place (maybe even resize too) and it saves it somewhere
