This plugin still going to maintain?

May I know if this plugin still going to maintain? I find this is very useful, but seems like the plugin is not functioning well now. For example these were not working:

stoggle_openDIV
stoggle_closeDIV

ops, sad to hear that...anyway, it's a great plugin. Are you doing other Wiki app instead?
