Greetings,
As title says, the h_ini_open function does not appear to be working.
incl_pg is working to whitelist pages where I want toggles; I have one page on the whitelist.
h_ini_open is pointing to a section on the whitelisted page. Has no effect (all sections still autocollapse).
If it helps, the stoggle_openDIV and stoggle_closeDIV also appear to be non-functional (disables collapsing on entire page, regardless of placement in document).
Tested on Bootstrap3 and default template, using 2020-07-29 "Hogfather".
Is there any more information that I can provide to help track down the issue? I'm hoping I'm blind and missing something obvious.
