Windows Use?

Have you tested running and building this repo on a Windows machine?
My company laptop has native Win 11 Pro for IT reasons and I am trying to find a workaround because the VMs I am setting up cannot have GPU utilization.

Good question! I haven't tried out docker in Windows. But I did try WSL in the past and ROS1 was working kinda OK. RViZ etc all working. I don't remember how the external device support was though. And I also did not try CUDA.
And fun fact, back then the reason we tried out WSL was because of the company's IT. But we managed to convince them to get Linux laptops in the end... 🙏

Totally agree but are you aware of what's going on with ROS2 Humble and Gazebo Garden in WSL or WSL2?
Because that's what I am fighting with but I really lost on what I can do or try.

No unfortunately not 😟 Haven't looked back since then... am always on linux 🙏
So you tried WSL with ROS2 and it's not really working?
