graphlab.deploy.predictive_service deprecated?

I'm trying to launch a predictive service on AWS using [this documentation](https://turi.com/learn/userguide/v1.10/deployment/pred-getting-started.html) but it can't find that method. Has support for predictive services been dropped?  Is there any way to host a GraphLab Create model on an endpoint?

I'm using v2.1
