Tableau unable to read metastore data from CalliopeServer2

Hi -
I have CalliopeServer2 running in a stand-alone spark cluster. I am able to connect to it from Squirrel and run SQL queries. However, I am problem running SQL queries against CalliopServer2 from Tableau. I am able to connect to CalliopeServer from Tableau using Simba's ODBC driver. However, the only schema that Tableau detects for this connection is "default" and it doesn't show any tables.

Am I missing any configuring step? Do you know if anybody is using Tableau with CalliopeServer2?

It would be great if you could provide some documentation on how to get Tableau work with CalliopeServer2.

Hi Rohit,
Did you get chance to look into this?
I downloaded the latest version of Tabelau and Simba's ODBC driver. When I connect from Tableau to CalliopeServer2, I get this error message:

"Unable to connect to the ODBC Data Source. Simba]SparkODBC Attempting to connect to an incorrect server type: . Please check your configuration."

If I run the standard Spark SQL ThrriftServer, then Tableau is able to connect.

Any idea about what I step I missed?
