[bug] the contribution tracker skipped some activity in the first day of the week

@ArnavK-09 did you notice the gap where the tracker starts in wednesdays when it should start from the tuesday update? any pr during that time doesn't count

Ahh, too much timezone diff, it's diff locally
I may need to wait till Wednesday run
