Add option to ignore duplicate accounts when using NetNTLM #28
Description
Add a detection for duplicate accounts for NetNTLMv1 and NetNTLMv2 for when unique challenge and responses from Responder.
Will prompt use on detection if they want to ignore the duplicates or not.
