It maybe be useful to include the "current-source" that determined the limit for each duration in the snapshot spec. This could follow the same pattern used with "limiting-analysis" where we only specify the source if it differs from the default value in the header.
A specific use case for this is a TO that is using the TROLIE SDK to automatically pull snapshots from an ISO, and they want to know the source of each limit if it differs from the source of the proposals they submitted.
