Path for Linux theme is wrong

Hey!
The theme installation path for Linux should not be /home/_username_/.FreeCAD/Gui/Icons but /home/_username_/.local/share/FreeCAD/Gui/Icons.
The resources will not be selectable from the Accessories/Icon Themes/Register a resource if you use the first path.
