p_required to check which packages required in file

Hi there

Could be good to have a function to check a file for what packages are required to be installed - like the NCmisc "list.functions.in.file" https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/NCmisc/versions/1.2.0/topics/list.functions.in.file function

I have so many packages installed but I don't actually know which ones I use. Would be a great feature considering the scope of pacman and I don't want to have to install yet another package just to check which packages I use
