Hi! I'd like to contribute a fix for #3292 (OTLP nanosecond timestamp overflow). The fix converts to BigInt before multiplication, matching the existing correct pattern in convertDateToNanoseconds(). I'm an active OSS contributor in the AI/developer tools space. The fix is ready on my fork.
