Need help on license and configuration

We are planning to integrate geolocation plugin v5 into our flutter app. Few questions we had

1. Our app will be launched for android and ios devices through play store and app store. How many licenses do we need.
2. Our use case is not to track continuously but just to receive minimal heartbeats from background with coarse/approximate location with acceptable error of less than 200m. We only need these heartbeats when user is stationary and is in a new significant location and at atleast one heart beat in 30 minutes time duration and no duplicate heartbeats in this period from the same significant location. Can you suggest the configuration to minimise app wakeups to save battery.

Search api docs "useSignificantChangesOnly". Also implement my background_fetch for periodic callbacks in the background.

can you clarify few things, your help would be really appreciated thanks!

1. how is permissioning working for androioid in terms of fine/coarse and full/reduced in ios. i see that plugin defines fine permission in the manifest and if my app doesn't need it then i need to exclude it manually
   2.do you have accuracy range numbers for accuracy modes with the permission(fine/coarse). Because if I can achieve an accuracy of less than 500m using coarse then it would be great. although when I experimented using coarse the accuracy for some reason was stuck at 2000m
