Parameter precedence question #247
Description
Example:
When defining parameters in .tx/config such as minimum_perc = 0
And then running tx pull --minimum-perc = 75
Which of the setting takes precedence?
(I have not found any precedence description in https://developers.transifex.com/docs/cli)
a.) the one defined in .tx/config
b.) the one that is part of the tx pull command
