If unable to connect to WiFi, start a hotspot with web interface to configure #6
Description
Configuring WiFi SSID and password via the clumsy UI is rather difficult. If the Starting Gate starts when the Raspberry Pi is not connected to WiFi, start a background process to do the following:
- Bring up the wireless network in hotspot mode
- Run a small web app to accept SSID and password
- Configure the network accordingly and restart
Meanwhile, allow racing in single track mode
