Release 1.1

Hi, I'm making a Debian¹ package for vim-vinegar, and I've noticed there's been a bunch of commits since the last release. I'll just package 1.0 for now, but you might want to consider bumping the version? If you think there aren't enough changes to justify 1.1 that's understandable too.

I thought I was done with things on my end - with the package already up on mentors.debian.net and it being pushed to salsa... except you've made me realize I didn't actually ever push it to the new repo under the Vim team. Whoops... Fixed that now.

More generally, yeah, I'm still interested in working on this, I just thought I had nothing more to do at this point.
