Implement other algebraic hash functions #3
Description
We currently only support two instantiations of Rescue-Prime.
We may want to further support other STARK/SNARK-friendly hash functions like:
- Poseidon
- GMIMC
- Griffin
- Neptune
- Reinforced Concrete
- Anemoi
