"Nested" command #310

Description
Add a "nested" command, that interprets multifactorials and other multi operations as nested factorials/operations instead.
This should probably done as a parsing post processing step (just stepping through and replacing ops).
Reasoning
This makes it easier to write factorial of factorial of... as you neither need to correctly match parentheses nor alternate factorials and termials.
