Custom install folder

Hi toby,

I have read your codes and wonder if you accept the idea that add a new optional option to let user determine the folder where they could install the deps. Currently it installs defautly in hidden folder ".lein-git-deps". I think it will not be a big work, I can do it and send pull request

I found the explanation here, but it has been at least 10 months from last commit. Has that bug been fixed til now?
