Advanced animation settings missing in exporter window

The default gltf exporter (and the fbw one) has more settings in the animation tab of the exporter.

After a lot of troubleshooting with exporting jetways I've found that disabling the setting "Always sample animations" to be critical. I was able to set it to default=false by editing the exporter script files, but it would be great to have them available in the exporter window.

I add added it but not tested (I don't have any jetway animated

Thank you. The checkbox seems to work fine.
(jetway hood animations blend wrong when the checkbox is ticked, they're fine when it's unticked, as expected)

I fixed the missing layout in the animation export settings

The animation settings show up and as far as I can tell, it's working correctly (I haven't done a super thorough QA test, but the normal model and the jetway I exported works.)
