`.bash/prompt.sh` move right-aligned segments to last line of prompt header on overflow

The right-aligned prompt segments are masked by the left-aligned segments if they take up the whole line or overflow onto multiple lines. In the latter case, the right-aligned segments should display on the last line of the prompt header. In other words, it should always be 1 line above the prompt symbol.
