Wrong~ free memory detected on Linux Mint

Free memory is not really the free memory available

Here, it say that I got 1.42 GB free

yes.. that's almost true as free, tells me that there is 1.4Gi Free (sorry it's in french, free=libre)

               total       utilisé      libre     partagé tamp/cache   disponible
Mem:            94Gi        20Gi       1,4Gi       713Mi        73Gi        73Gi
Échange:        47Gi       2,3Mi        47Gi

but the real free memory available on my system is 73Gi
the concept of "free memory" on linux is more the memory that is available (disponible in french), than free
