Check for aws credentials #4
Description
When setting up, timeout-tools should check for aws credentials, it should potentially also ask the user if they have a custom shell etc in case those are located elsewhere.
If they expect to place them in a default location e.g. ~/.zshrc we can autofill the template, and tell them where it is so they can update the key values.
Potentially add the alias and visual addition for user convenience?
