Calculate quantitatively exact structure factors #15

Description

Structure factors can be calculated exactly using the equations in Vlieg et al. 1993.

For example for stationary scans:

$$ I_{sc} = (\Phi_0 T r_e^2 A_0 \lambda^2 / A_u^2) |F|^2 P L_s C_{area} C_{det} C_{beam} $$

Except for the incoming X-ray flux $\Phi_0$, integration time $T$, beam size $A_0$ (which can be provided by the user), all information is already there to get a more canonical result.

The current integrated intensities are proportional to $|F|^2$ and compensates all angle dependent correction factors like $L_s$, C_{...}, but without many of the known constant proportionality factors $\lambda$, ... .
