Store the individual component data in .yml files in each repository so that they can more easily be kept up to date when things change.

Right now, the component data is all in this repository. That's basically a duplication. If we can distribute that in a way that allows some task to automatically update this documentation site (Travis, perhaps) it might be worth it. But this is a someday task, not urgent.
