Windows 10 - Client is crashing right after the Start

Preconditions:

1. Windows 10, V 21H2 (19044.2130)
2. some other VPNs and NICs active.
   

Reproduction:

1. open the taskmanager
2. double click the desktopicon and check the taskmanager for the new process
3. wait a few seconds till the tasktray is shown in the taskbar
4. hover with the mouse over the tray. the tray goes away.
5. check the task manager, the connector thread died.

Infos:
There is no Logoutput.. In windows log there is also nothing.
Also without Antivir it happens.
Maybe you first create a logging and then i test it again ;)
