Check when currrent nodes are unavailable and connect to other nodes

The yggdrasil conf file is statically generated on first startup. When the nodes are no longer available we should look for new nodes in the nodelist.

Situation can be tested by adding unexisting nodes to the generated yggdrasil.conf file.
