Rename #everyone to #general

When I tag a Constable post I think of tags as "which channel will this go to" instead of "what semantic tag should I use for this post". So, maybe I'm doing this wrong.

But lots of other people get it wrong, and I think a decent first step towards fixing the classic mistake is to rename the "everyone" tag to "general".

This is super interesting…

1. Thanks for sharing what’s going through your head when using Constable. I had not thought of the Interest<>Slack connection like this before.
2. We already have both everyone and general Interests in Constable today. Interesting!
3. Are all users subscribed to everyone by default?
4. It’s possible to unsubscribe from everyone - so everyone isn’t necessarily everyone.

Related, I think:

The Interest<>Slack connection is not obvious at all (in my opinion). The setting for what Slack channel an Interest posts to is deeply nested within the app. Within the announcement creation flow, when you select the Interests to post an Announcement to, there’s no mention that it might get posted to Slack channel(s). Perhaps a long-term improvement would be to rethink how our design might make all of this more obvious.

I agree that the interest⟷Slack connection is not quite clear. That'd be a nice long-term improvement.
