CliWrap.CommandResult is accessible

Just found this library, looking forward to trying it out. When setting up an example I noticed that both `ModularPipelines.Models.CommandResult` and `CliWrap.CommandResult` are available when consuming ModularPipelines in intellisense. Would it be better to have PrivateAssets=All set for CliWrap?
