Fade fold buttons are not working when the Brackets Git extension is installed

I have the "Fade fold buttons" option enabled. It was working fine before I installed the Brackets Git extension which uses gutter mark for code changes. After I installed the extension, the fade fold buttons are shown just in a milli-second on mouse hover and then disappeared, sometimes not shown at all. But clicking on the gutter works.

When I removed Brackets Git, the problem is gone. It seems conflicting the usage of gutter between two extensions.
