Can't scan for new songs

Actual Behaviour:

can't scan for new MP3s

Steps to reproduce the bug:

open the app for the first time it will scan your phone for the files
after it finish close it
copy a new file (.mp3) to the phone in your library folder run the app again and it will load the old songs but it will not scan the folder for new files and there is no way to do so except to reset the app
