As an admin, Bill, wants to verify the Healthcare provider's email address is valid, so he knows the email address belongs to them.

Acceptance Criteria:
[] Send a verification link to the Healthcare provider confirming ownership.
[] Include the following text in the email: "Hello [insert healthcare provider's first name],
[ ] Ability to verify HCP email address ONE time. Once the email has been verified, will not been to be re-verified

@kevinsherrell @ddybas Per our conversation, this is the step after public domain emails are filtered out. Only private domain emails are looked at. An application is submitted and an email is sent to the healthcare provider's email address. The healthcare provider would need to click on the link provided in the email to verify legitimacy. The owner of the email is the only person who would be able to access the link. The link can not be publicly available and must be unique, so that it is not easily accessible.

Discussion on 1/13 on process for verification link:

• Every nomination is unique, we need to figure out the unique identifier for each application
• We send an email containing a generated one time verification link, which would be a URL with a unique code in the parameters
• Once the provider clicks the link, we know that someone has accessed the URL
• The app will change the pending emails, then we would move on with the application and change the status forward

#23 - Verify Healthcare Provider’s Email

Using the nodemailer. Added email template to healthcare provider’s email from nomination.
On the backend, in api>helper>mailer.js: lines 21-25, the preview and send can be changed to false to debug. Created the function separately, so that new email templates can be created.
The spot for the link (placeholder) is in the template, but does not have an actual verification link. The unique id will send each time the email is sent and is different each time.
In api>controllers>nomination.js: modified the create method to check if the healthcare provider has already been validated, and if so, the email will not send to the healthcare provider upon nomination creation.
