Steps:
1. Run query console with required parameter but my solr server yet not up.
2. Error Log Tab shows the Error log with "Server refused Connection at: URL".
3. Meanwhile server up and started properly. I check the given URL on Browser
with specific core name.
Still Error log tab change the error with 'Server at given URL was not
found(404)'.
Though the Same URL I am able to open in Browser.
My concern is Query console is running and meanwhile server up then Sever not
found error should not shown.
