Update preferences-panel.md

Added description for Article URL option, '/breadcrumb/title', as it is not clear from the interface and the description is too long for pop help.

+**'/breadcrumb/title'**, is cognisant of section and both article categories. If your article is called Wolverine and it’s in the Marvel section and categorised as X-Men and Deadpool, respectively, then your breadcrumb permlink will be:
