Support .NET Standard / .Net Core?

When building on NETCoreApp 3.1, this says:

@Thorium I've ran into the same issue today, created a PR to move the library to .net Standard 2.0 - #11

Not sure if this is still maintained, last commit was in 2018!

Not yet @Thorium , was hoping I might get a response here first. Currently just using the code in my project directly, but will create one when I get a chance.

I guess so. I personally skipped this project totally and just went for sending old-fashioned manual POST request JSON (e.g. {"phones":"\u002B4477123456","text":"hello"} ) directly to https://rest.textmagic.com/api/v2/messages with ContentType of application/json and headers X-TM-Key and X-TM-Username.
That way you can ignore the RestSharp, etc.

One thing to test with this approach: the specification talks about requirement to Url-encode the text message, but if I did, it broke. So I guess no url-encoding for that.

Just in case of any use, I hit this issue when upgrading to .NET 9 - major issue deployment wise as you have to cross several .NET versions.
