jupyter_http_over_ws replacement

Hello,
I've noticed that the jupyter_http_over_ws Python package that is included in the Tensorflow CPU and GPU variants as a Jupyter dependency's repository is archived since September 2023.

I'm wondering if the Tensorflow distribution intends to remove it in the near future as jupyter_http_over_ws will no longer receives updates, fixes or security patches or you are aware of or already planning to replace it.
