Block cloning always adds the clone to the end of the canvas

Describe the bug

Title.

Also happens within section. When cloning item inside section clone gets created at the end of the canvas, outside of the section.

Steps to reproduce

Create 3 different blocks. Click on second one, click clone. Clone gets created after the 3 item.

Expected behavior

When clone is created it should be added right after the cloned block. Within section it should be stay inside the section after the cloned block
