Custom Editfield 1.7.4 flickers badly on Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the project in Xojo on Windows
2. Run the app
3. Use the scrollbars

Up to version 1.7.4 no flickering was visible

This issue is probably gone now, it seems fine on 2018r2
