tekton-results utilizes deprecated bitnami postgres image

Due to broadcom's purchase of bitnami and subsequent decision to sunset the bitnami community charts and images, the postgres image used by tekton-results will not be updated going forward and will slowly accrue more security vulnerabilities. See more info here

The project should consider switching to an official postgres image instead of the bitnami-provided image.

Hi @PeterGrace , Thank you for raising this issue.

@khrm We’re currently using the bitnami/postgresql image in the testing environment within the Operator, which is fine for now. However, we should update the image in Results .

I think we should move to redhat images which are maintained. It works in OpenShift. So, it can work in k8s also. Unless, someone else volunteer, we can just use those images. Is creds require to use the redhat postgres image?
