📝 (Flask-Admin) Remove Flask-Admin section

Won't be adding Flask-Admin to the course because I think it will be too confusing to have rendered templates alongside the REST API.

Also we would need two different "kinds" of user, one kind for Flask-Admin and another for the REST API to generate JWTs.
