feat: icon / marker selection feed based

[techtimo]

marker and icon selection is currently global and it should be per feed customizable
once the feed was added a user can choose the to edit the marker/icon part

for this it is required to create a modal and the existing logic could move into the default section or probably better to be removed entirely.
