fix: use canonical module path for go install support (smart-mcp-proxy#259)
Changes the module declaration from `mcpproxy-go` to `github.com/smart-mcp-proxy/mcpproxy-go` to enable installation via: go install github.com/smart-mcp-proxy/mcpproxy-go/cmd/mcpproxy@latest This fixes the "module declares its path as: mcpproxy-go but was required as: github.com/smart-mcp-proxy/mcpproxy-go" error. Updates 153 files to use the canonical import path. Fixes smart-mcp-proxy#256 Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
