Added customization is almost always a plus for me, and I appreciate the restraint in the choices. Where my general instinct would be to add the NT-coded coats and just remove them from spawns on the basis that "we could have an NPC that wears them in an event", we already have upstream's original coats for that purpose and this is not an event that happens often enough to warrant more variants for now. Recolors or replacements of the logo for them would be nice, but can be their own PR if need-be. I also appreciate the open-minded wording in Arashi Labs 'not having a secured a major role in the sector' rather than 'not being a part of our server lore' or the like. Thank you so much for porting these!















































This PR ports Delta V's #2692 (turtleneck jumpskirts/jumpsuits for senior security officers), #2688 (security and plain ponchos), and #5235 (longcoats for Security personnel, CMOs, QMs, and CEs, plus two plain coats).
Many of these were added to various loadouts. Where appropriate, contraband examinetext has been added. The plain ponchos were added to the WinterDrobe. Longcoats for CentComm, Arashi Labs, Captains, and Heads of Personnel were left out, as the latter two used NanoTrasen colors, the former is an enemy of SyndComm, and Arashi Labs hasn't secured a major role in the Chalice Sector.
Why / Balance
More customization is generally a plus fun, and it's nice to give Security more cold-weather options. Some of these have been getting requested for a while.
