Running drush warden-update results in this error. There are no errors in the log.

For Drupal 8:

Going to update Warden ...
Server error: `POST https://mydashboard.com/site-update` resulted in a `500 Internal Server Error` response: [error]

For Drupal 7 and Drush 8:

Going to update Warden ...
WD warden: https://mydashboard.com/site-update : 500 : Internal Server Error [error]
Unable to communicate with Warden

I'm looking into it now myself but wondered whether anybody else had experienced this issue?

I've tried using Drush 8 & Drush 9 and just tried on a vanilla Drupal 8 installation to ensure it wasn't any custom code issues.

Thanks
