Consistently Name + Prune Auto List

Purpose
Make sure autos follow a consistent naming scheme and that the list in auto chooser only contains autos that will realistically be used. This will be helpful because we will have a ton of different people setting up robots and picking autos in the upcoming competition and we want to keep things simple without a ton of corner cases that need explaining.

Project Scope

• Remove autos from auto chooser that will never be used
• Name autos clearly and consistently (I believe most already follow a decently consistent scheme but we have to verify)
