Type in various terms - IS0 -> ISO

While preparing the integration of ac: terms in to the Darwin Core Data Package, I came upon this orthographic error. The acronym for "ISO" contains the number 0 in place of the letter "O".

This occurs in the following terms:

xmp:CreateDate (2 times)
digitizationDate (2 times)

There is another orthographic error in some of these terms. The name "wikipedia" should be "Wikipedia".
