Remove reference to ncd: terms in List of Terms document #278

Description

@baskaufs

In the notes for ac:taxonCoverage, reference is made to the unadopted term ncd:taxonCoverage. Since NCD has been abandoned and superseded by Latimer Core, we should get rid of this reference. Rather than trying to reference some term in Latimer Core, I think we could just strike this text

Note that this somewhat expands the usage of ncd:taxonCoverage which, however has not yet been adopted by TDWG, and which specifies at the Family level or higher. For collections it is recommended to follow ncd:taxonCoverage to avoid conflicts between an AC record and a record arising from use of the un-adopted NCD.

since I think the term definition and notes explain how the term should be used without necessarily needing to reference anything else.

If we make this change, we could also remove the reference to the "TDWG Natural Collection Description LSID Ontology" in Table 1 as well.

Since this is a change to non-normative notes, and refers to something that probably nobody pays attention to at this point (the NCD LSID Ontology), I think that under Section 3.2 of the VMS, this could be considered a minor editorial errata and just be changed by the Maintenance Group without carrying out public comment (there would be no effects on existing implementations). If we do this, we could implement the change with the next release of AC and just make a note of it in the release notes.
