Use TravisCI to publish updated trigger data, strings and map translations as well as the MPQ archives etc.

• Build the wc3lib and use wc3trans and wc3merge to update the trigger data, strings and map strings etcs.
• Push data back with git and update the generated map strings and merged trigger data in the repository.

Original input file /home/travis/build/tdauth/dmdf/Tutorial/war3map_de.wts does not exist.

vjassdoc:
Parsed file "Spells/Import.j" successfully (number 7, 277 lines).
Not found "/home/travis/build/tdauth/dmdf/src/Spells/Struct Damage Protector.j&""
Was unable to open file "Spells/Struct Damage Protector.j"".

(maybe wrong line endings in file? vjassdoc should support all kinds of eol)

Creating HTML files.
Was unable to create file "index.html".
Finished (448 lines, 9 files).
