feat: add markdown rendering for project and ticket descriptions

Add react-markdown to render descriptions as markdown across the UI:
- Project cards show rendered markdown with expand/collapse toggle
- Ticket panel has write/preview tabs for editing descriptions
- Widen project edit modal and enlarge textarea for markdown editing
- Add prose-card CSS class for consistent dark-theme markdown styling
