      for the city of Knoxville's office of sustainability, I was tasked
      with doing periodic <b>cost</b>  and <b>consumption</b>  analysis of the city's <b>utilities</b> through <b>Excel/Access</b>, as well as quality assurance of a <b>B3 Benchmarking </b>database.
      I also created an <b>SQL</b> query that did an annual sum of the city's solar consumption.
